Our Story
At the age of 18, Alysha McNeill began to master the art of Mary’s Bread Basket’s award winning cinnamon buns, breads, and croissants. She would later acquire ownership and reopen the bakery under Aly Mae’s Bread Basket. Alysha and her close-knit staff have rebuilt the bakery into one of Halifax’s and Dartmouth’s favourite shops to indulge in homestyle baked goods.
Customers can stop by the bakery at 20 Wright Avenue in Burnside, and can also purchase our products at our many wholesale locations.
