OUR STORY
Originally known as Mary’s Bread Basket, we had the most nostalgia–inducing aromas from award winning cinnamon buns to other delicious homemade baked goods. Mary’s Bread Basket closed its location at the historical Keith’s Brewery Market in Halifax and re-opened as Aly Mae’s Bread Basket in July 2018 at 11 Mount Hope Avenue in Dartmouth.
We continue to bake all the old original recipes from Mary’s Bread Basket that everyone loves as well as the addition of many new favourites!
We welcome you to stop by and treat yourself to our home-style breads, croissants, muffins, lots of sweet goodies, including our award winning cinnamon buns.

How to order & pick-up
To place your order for curb side pickup you can order through this website, or call/text 782-234-2264 one day in advance. Orders can be picked up Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm.
Our baked goods are preservative free and made fresh to order!
